Services

Can I request a specific time for dog walks?
We will always do our best to accommodate your dogs potty schedule, however, dog walks are scheduled within a two hour window. For example, if you are scheduled for a 12pm walk, your walker will arrive between 11AM and 1PM to allow for traffic, inclement weather, etc.
What if I need a last minute walk or sitter to stay with my dog?
No worries! While we ask that these visits be requested in advance, we totally understand this isn’t always possible and we will accommodate your schedule as best we can. For last minute requests scheduled less than 48hrs in advance there is an added $10 surcharge.
Do you offer weekend, early morning and evening visits?
We sure do! Although these are off hour visits, we won’t leave a dog hanging. However, off hour visits are subject to a $5 surcharge. Contact us during business hours M-F 9-5pm to schedule your visit.
What if my dog walker gets sick or goes on vacation?
No need to worry! Your dog will never go without coverage. Our goal at Crazy Wag is to keep the lines of communication open between our clients and staff. If your sitter cannot make it to their visit due to illness, emergency or vacation, we will notify you immediately and with your approval, one of our other Crazy Wag pet care professionals will be there to cover the walk.
Will you clean up if my dog has an accident in the house?
Of course we will! We ask our clients to let us know where cleaning supplies and paper towels are at our meet and greet. When your dog has had an accident we will clean up to the best of our ability according to your instructions and leave a marker where the accident took place so that you can follow up with a thorough cleaning when you get home. If you have requested boarding services and are away, your sitter will do the cleaning at no extra cost.
What items should I leave out for my sitter/ walker?
You should always leave out the following items: A towel in case it rains, any food or treats, rain/ snow boots, rain jacket if your pup wears one.

What is your cancellation policy?
We love all our clients and would love to continue our services throughout your pets journey, however, we understand if you wish to discontinue services with Crazy Wag. In such cases we have a strict 10 day cancellation policy to accommodate our employees’ schedules and income. If you need to stop services temporarily due to illness, please contact our office 24hrs in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes we are! Crazy Wag is Bonded and Insured through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
